What is the process for placing an order ?
To initiate an order, you have the option to either call us at 587-500-5410 or submit a quote request on our website.
Do you offer Delivery ?
Yes. Delivery fees start at a minimum of $20 per leg of the trip and may vary based on the quantity of the product and the location. If the delivery involves stairs or an elevator, additional charges will apply. Similarly, if the area is challenging to access, there may be additional fees. Kindly indicate your requirements while placing the order; otherwise, the product will be delivered to the doorstep.
How far in advance do I need to place my order ?
We recommend that you place your order as soon as possible to secure the items.
Can I pickup my order ?
Certainly, you can arrange to pick up your order in person. Please make sure to schedule a specific time with us in advance.
What are your payment terms ?
Orders require a 50% deposit of the invoice to reserve your items. Full payment of the invoice will be required 1 week before rental date.
What are your Cancellation Policies ?
Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund of any deposit or rental fees paid.
Cancellations made between 48 hours and 13 days prior to the event date will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental fee.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event date will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the total rental fee.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseeable events beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule your event or provide a full refund of any deposit or rental fees paid.
Do I need to pay a damage/security deposit?
Absolutely. To protect our rental inventory and ensure its proper use, we require a refundable deposit of $100.00 for all rentals. Rest assured that if the items are returned in the same condition they were provided, the deposit will be refunded to you in full. This policy allows us to maintain the quality of our products and provide exceptional service to all our customers.
Do I need to clean my items before I return them ?
Yes. Please clean the chaffing dishes thoroughly. Table clothes should only be shaken cleaned. Everything else we will take care of.
