Orders require a 50% down payment of the invoice at the time of booking. Full payment of the invoice will be required 1 week before rental date.
Payment and Cancelation Policy
Orders require a 50% down payment of the invoice at the time of booking. Full payment of the invoice will be required 1 week before rental date. A security deposit is required and will be determined based on value of order. This payment will be due at the time of pick up or delivery. A valid credit card which is pre-authorized, cash deposit or E-transfer, which is held for security, until the items are returned in full. Proof of I.D. in the form of a driver’s license is also required upon pick-up.
The lessee can cancel any time before 3 weeks of the event date for a full refund. A 25% charge applies with less than 3 weeks notice of the event date. Orders cancelled with less than 48 hours notice prior to the event date are subject to a 100% cancellation charge. Some exceptions apply. Refunds are not issued for rental items returned unused.
It is the lessee’s responsibility to check your invoice prior to delivery to make sure that any human error in order entry is corrected. We will pack and deliver the items listed on your invoice. Huxter’s Services not responsible for items assumed to be rented which are not on the order.
Delivery and pick up of product
Huxter’s Services will make its best effort to deliver at requested delivery times, however delivery schedules are not guaranteed in the event of circumstances beyond the control of the driver, i.e., traffic, weather, workload. Delivery fees are a minimum of $20 per leg of the trip. Depending on the amount of product and location, fees will vary. Additional charges will apply if; the delivery requires the use of stairs or an elevator. The area is difficult to access. Please specify when placing the order, otherwise the product will be placed at the doorstep.
Count all items with the driver and sign the delivery agreement when you are sure everything has been delivered. We cannot accept quantity disputes after the delivery or pick up is complete. If you do not arrange to have someone on site at the time of delivery, our driver will leave your rental items at a predetermined location. In this case, the lessee will agree to accept the order as complete, and all delivered equipment in good working order and will assume all responsibility of the products.
In preparation for pick up, tents, tables, chairs and other rental items must be gathered and stacked in the same manner as they were when dropped off. Rental items not ready for pick up at the originally scheduled time will result in additional fees.

Care of Product
It is the lessee’s responsibility, from the time of receipt until the time of return, to keep all items secure from theft and damage; this includes water, snow, hail, and fire damage. Equipment should be returned in the condition they were rented in.
Rental Rates
All Rentals rates are based on one day use only(24hrs). For an extended time period please call for pricing.
Set up and take down
Set up and dismantling of product will be the lessee’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon in the invoice.
